In order to\neffectively organize the work of lawyers in providing qualified legal\nassistance to individuals and legal entities, in accordance with the Charter of\nMezhregion Interterritorial Bar Association, the Presidium rules to<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Create\na structural unit of Mezhregion Interterritorial Bar Association of the Guild\nof Russian Lawyers \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d.<\/li>
  2. Place\nthe indicated structural unit in non-residential premises at the address:\n127055, Moscow, Novoslobodskaya st. 57\/56, bldg. 2.<\/li>
  3. Appoint\nNikita Vladimirovich Filippov, member of the bar association, to be the head of\nthe said structural unit.<\/li>
  4. Approve\nthe staffing table of structural unit \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d.<\/li>
  5. Enroll\nin structural unit \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d:<\/li>
  6. Kachanovskaya\nEvgenia Vladimirovna<\/li>
  7. Petrova\nValentina Vasilievna<\/li>
  8. Filippov\nNikita Vladimirovich <\/li>
  9. Provide\nFilippov Nikita Vladimirovich, head of structural unit \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe\nJure\u201d, with primary authority to sign financial, banking and business documents.<\/li>
  10. Establish\nthat structural unit \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d has a seal, stamp and\nletterheads with its name and indication of affiliation with Mezhregion Interterritorial\nBar Association, has the right to have current accounts in bank institutions.<\/li>
  11. Set\nthe reporting period of structural unit \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d to send\nreport as per Form No. 14 of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation\nto the Secretariat of MKA \u201cMezhregion\u201d (Interterritorial Bar Association), and\nfinancial statements to accounting department of MKA \u201cMezhregion\u201d \u2013 no later\nthan the 5th day of each month.<\/li>
  12. Include\nstructural unit \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d into the staffing table of MKA\n\u201cMezhregion\u201d.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
