Viktor\nProbichev graduated from the Volgograd Academy of the Ministry of Internal\nAffairs and with a master’s degree from the Moscow State Law University (MSLU).\nHe spent about 10 years working in law enforcement agencies, including as a\nsenior investigator of the investigative part of the investigative Department\nof one of the administrative districts of Moscow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After\nreceiving the status of a lawyer in 2014, he advised clients at all stages of\nthe criminal process on complex economic and general criminal cases. He has\nconsiderable experience in protecting in the field of illegal drug trafficking,\nincluding proving in court the facts of dishonest work of law enforcement\nofficers who planted drugs to his clients. He specializes in criminal legal\nprotection of business from regulatory authorities and counterparties, as well\nas in pre-trial settlement of disputes, mediation. In recent years, lawyer’s\nprofessional interests have focused on legal regulation of digital\ntechnologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
