MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d is the event&#8217;s\npartner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Head of MCBA \u201cBureau\nof Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d Nikita Filippov will present a report &#8220;Interim\nmeasures in cases of subsidiary liability: what the creditor and the debtor\nneed to know&#8221;. However, this year the situation has changed.&nbsp; \u201cWe managed to reverse this trend in the\nbankruptcy case of PJSC \u201cTime Bank\u201d, in which MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d\nrepresented the interests of the Deposit Insurance Agency (DIA), &#8211; says\nFilippov. For this we had to reach the highest judicial instance.
