Earlier, the\nsame unscrupulous creditor received full satisfaction of claims in the\nframework of the previous bankruptcy case of the same Debtor, however, he tried\nto get contractual interest during the first bankruptcy procedure using a \u201cpre-bankrupt\u201d\ncourt decision to recover them. The Debtor&#8217;s interests were represented by\nlawyer of MCBA \u201cDe jure\u201d Vadim Makarichev.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nikulinsky\nDistrict Court of Moscow approved a settlement agreement between the bankruptcy\nTrustee of the Bank and a Lebanese citizen under a loan agreement issued on the\nsecurity of real estate. The debtor has been granted debt restructuring for a\ntotal amount of 4.5 million rubles with payment of annuity payments. The\ncollateral is saved.
