The determination\nof the commercial court of the Tyumen region regarding the termination of\nproceedings in the bankruptcy case of S. V. Gartsev was canceled. The inaction\nof the financial Manager who did not take measures to identify property and to\nrecover documents from the Debtor was declared illegal. The actual interest of\nthe financial Manager was proved.
