The\nCommission includes two representatives of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d &#8211;\nNikita Filippov, head of Bureau, and Alexey Te, his Deputy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main task\nof the Commission is to prepare proposals to improve the business climate in\nthe field of housing construction. &#8220;Among the cases of MCBA \u201cBureau\nof Lawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d there are many cases related to construction. We are well\naware of the&#8221; sore spots&#8221; of developers and the problems faced by\nhome buyers. I hope that our experience and legal expertise will help to\nde-bureaucratize and regulate the industry, to find a balance of interests of\nall participants,&#8221; &#8211; said Nikita Filippov, Head of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers\n\u201cDe Jure\u201d.
