MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The First General Jurisdiction Court of Appeal, having\nconsidered the complaint of the Moscow City Property Department, left unchanged\nthe earlier decision of the Moscow City Court.&nbsp;\nAs a result of the work of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d the\ncadastral value of two premises in the center of Moscow was successfully\nchallenged.&nbsp; The amount of the payment\nhas been reduced from 423 million rubles up to 220 million rubles.&nbsp; The interests of the Principal were\nrepresented by advocate of \u201cDe Jure\u201d Yulia Martynenko and lawyers of the Bureau\n&#8211; Yulia Meshkova and Ilsur Zakirov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Second\nCassation Court of General Jurisdiction left unchanged the judicial acts of\nTimiryazevskiy District Court of Moscow and the Moscow City Court on the\nrecovery of about 800 thousand US dollars from joint Defendants in favor of the\nPrincipal of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d.
