MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The second\ncassation court left unchanged the decisions of lower courts, which refused to\nsatisfy the claim against the Principal of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d &#8211;\nan Educational Institution for the collection of funds.&nbsp; The interests of the Educational Institution\nwere defended by Rashid Gitinov, lawyer of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Kolomna\nCity Court of the Moscow Region satisfied the claims of an individual &#8211; client\nof MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d on the recognition of the results of the\nauction of the client&#8217;s property (disputed apartment) as illegal, invalidation\nof the contract of sale of real estate concluded with the winner of the\nauction, recognition of the client&#8217;s ownership of the disputed property. The\nclient learned about the sale of his apartment at a public auction in the\ncourse of the enforcement proceedings initiated on the basis of the absentee\ndecision of the Domodedovo City Court, only from the new owner of the apartment\n(the winner of the auction).
