MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The First\nCourt of Appeal of General Jurisdiction upheld the decision of the Moscow City\nCourt to satisfy the claims of a Client of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d in\nthe framework of the case on challenging the cadastral value of the\nproperty.&nbsp; Despite the active resistance\nof the City Property Department, lawyers of &#8220;De Jure&#8221; have achieved a\ndecrease in the cadastral value of almost 40 million rubles (by 20%).&nbsp; The interests of the Client were represented\nby Ilsur Zakirov, lawyer of BA &#8220;De Jure&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ninth\nArbitration Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the Moscow Arbitration\nCourt, which refused to satisfy the claims against the Client of MCBA \u201cBureau\nof Lawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d. The homeowners&#8217; association demanded to invalidate the\ntransaction for the acquisition of property in the framework of enforcement\nproceedings. The claims were based on the fact that the premises transferred to\nthe Respondent&#8217;s ownership were allegedly the common property of an apartment\nbuilding. Lawyers of MCBA \u201cBureau of lawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d managed to prove that\nthe disputed real estate does not have the features of common property.
