The Moscow\nCity Court upheld the decision of Khamovnichesky District Court, according to\nwhich the Principal of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d was acquitted under\npart four of Article 159 of the Criminal Code, and the acquitted party retained\nthe right to rehabilitation. During the long trial (only during the trial the Client\nwas under house arrest for two years) lawyers of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe\nJure\u201d was able to prove that the actions of the client did not contain any\nsigns of a crime within the framework of the act incriminated to her. The\nclient was defended by Pavel Sorkin, lawyer of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe\nJure\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Ninth\nArbitration Court of Appeal left unchanged the previously issued judicial act\nof the Arbitration Court of Moscow on the refusal to include the applicant’s\nclaim in the amount of USD 1 million to the bank’s register of creditors. The First\nCourt of Appeal of General Jurisdiction left unchanged the earlier decision of\nthe Moscow City Court on the dispute between the Principal of MCBA \u201cBureau of\nLawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d and the Moscow City Property Department. Within the framework of this dispute, the\nBureau was able to prove the existence of grounds for reducing the cadastral\nvalue of real estate owned by the Principal from 344 million rubles up to 188\nmillion rubles. As a result, the tax\nburden on the Principal has been significantly reduced; part of the tax\npayments is subject to refund. The\ninterests of the Principal were represented by Ilsur Zakirov, lawyer of the\nBureau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
