MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Moscow\nArbitration Court refused the procedural opponents of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers\n\u201cDe Jure\u201d to summon an expert, to conduct a re-examination, in procedural\nsuccession, to involve in the case as a third person with independent claims,\nas well as to satisfy the claim filed to the Principal of MCBA \u201cBureau of\nLawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d in the amount of 24 million rubles on the basis of a\nfalsified receipt.&nbsp; The case lasted 2\nyears.&nbsp; Rashid Gitinov, attorney of MCBA\n\u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d, provided legal protection to the Principal of MCBA\n\u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Moscow\nArbitration Court satisfied in full the claim of the Client of MCBA \u201cBureau of\nLawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d for the collection of a debt in the amount of about 100\nthousand rubles. The preparation of the legal position was carried out by\nRamzan Mezhidov, lawyer of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Golovinsky\nDistrict Court of Moscow satisfied the claim of the Client of MCBA \u201cBureau of\nLawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d and recovered from the foreign citizen a debt in the amount\nof 9.7 thousand Euros and interest on the date of actual execution.&nbsp; Also, the court granted a petition for\ninterim measures (arrest of property).&nbsp;\nThe interests of the Client were represented by Yulia Meshkova, lawyer\nof MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Moscow\nCity Court dismissed the Bank&#8217;s appeal against the decision of Tagansky District\nCourt of Moscow to recover about 450,000 rubles of interest on bank deposit\nagreements in favor of the Principal of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe Jure\u201d.
