Also foreclosure on the subject of pledge\n(non-residential premises) was levied. The interests of the Principal were\nrepresented by Aleksander Uchaykin, senior lawyer of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers\n\u201cDe jure\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nArbitration Court of the city of Moscow also fully satisfied the requirements\nof the Principal of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d to recover the debt in\nthe amount of 1.35 million rubles.&nbsp; The\ninterests of the Principal were represented by Fatima Gurbanova, senior lawyer\nof MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ninth\nArbitration Court of Appeal agreed with the legal position of MCBA \u201cBureau of\nLawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d and rejected the appeal of our procedural opponent against\nthe previously adopted ruling on the refusal to combine cases into one\nproceeding.&nbsp; The interests of the\nPrincipal were represented by Ekaterina Bulygina, senior lawyer of MCBA \u201cBureau\nof Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Tenth\nArbitration Court of Appeal overturned the earlier decision of the court of the\nfirst instance to recover the debt in the amount of 3.3 million rubles from the\nPrincipal of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d and rendered a new decision,\nwhich refused to satisfy the claim in full to the procedural opponents.&nbsp; The interests of the Principal were\nrepresented by Ilsur Zakirov, lawyer of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Moscow Arbitration Court fully satisfied the requirements of the Principal of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d and collected more than 105 million rubles in favor of the Plaintiff.
