Khamovnichesky\nDistrict Court of Moscow considered the case on the claim of the owner of an\napartment in an apartment building against the management company for the\nrecovery of damage caused by the leak. MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d represented\nthe interests of a third person who was accused by the management company in\nthe leak. During the court dispute, it was possible to prove that the Client of\nMCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d had nothing to do with the leak, and the leak\noccurred precisely because of the Defendant’s improper performance of\nobligations to manage the house. The Client’s interests were represented by\nIlsur Zakirov, lawyer of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Ninth\nArbitration Court upheld the decision of the first instance court to recover\nthe debt for the delivered goods in the amount of 3 million rubles in favor of\nthe Principal of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d. The interests of the\nPrincipal were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of the Bureau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Simonovskiy\nDistrict Court of Moscow refused to satisfy the Plaintiff’s claims for the\nrecognition of the auction for the sale of real estate as invalid. These requirements were presented to the\nwinners of the auction, whose interests were defended by MCBA \u201cBureau of\nLawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d. In the course of the dispute, the Bureau managed to prove\nthat the recognition of the auction as invalid would not restore the violated\nrights, and the Plaintiff was not deprived of the opportunity to take part in\nnew auctions. The court agreed with this\nposition and dismissed the claim.
