{"id":33464,"date":"2021-01-12T12:15:00","date_gmt":"2021-01-12T09:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/de-ure.ru\/en\/?p=33464"},"modified":"2021-10-07T23:19:12","modified_gmt":"2021-10-07T20:19:12","slug":"january-12-main-results-of-the-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/de-ure.ru\/en\/2021\/01\/12\/january-12-main-results-of-the-day\/","title":{"rendered":"January 12      Main results of the day"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The First Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal of the Moscow City Property Department and upheld the earlier decision of the Moscow City Court, by which MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d managed to successfully challenge the size of the cadastral value of real estate objects owned by the Client, reducing it by almost 30% (37 million rubles).&nbsp; The interests of the Client in the court of appeal were represented by Denis Amelchenko, lawyer of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Arbitration Court of Moscow fully satisfied the claim of the tenants of the apartment building, whose interests were represented by MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d, for the recognition of the land plot lease agreement in part.
