{"id":33481,"date":"2021-01-27T12:58:00","date_gmt":"2021-01-27T09:58:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/de-ure.ru\/en\/?p=33481"},"modified":"2021-02-09T12:59:12","modified_gmt":"2021-02-09T09:59:12","slug":"january-27-main-results-of-the-day-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/de-ure.ru\/en\/2021\/01\/27\/january-27-main-results-of-the-day-2\/","title":{"rendered":"January 27      Main results of the day"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal recognized the arguments of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d as legitimate, canceled the previously adopted judicial act of the first instance and ruled that the claims declared by the creditor could not be included in the register and were to be satisfied at the expense of the remaining property after the satisfaction of the claims of other creditors.&nbsp; The interests of the Client of the Bureau were represented by Marina Nikolaenko, senior lawyer of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Moscow Arbitration Court, within the framework of the company&#8217;s bankruptcy case, satisfied the claim of a Client of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d to bring the persons, who controlled the debtor, to subsidiary liability. The proceedings in the case regarding the determination of the amount of subsidiary liability were suspended until the formation of the bankruptcy estate and settlements with creditors.
