The Client&#8217;s interests were represented by Alexander Uchaykin, Senior Lawyer of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The Arbitration Court of Moscow partially satisfied the requirement of a Client of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d for the recovery of court costs in a case in which MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d previously managed to prove the groundlessness of the claim in the amount of 5 million rubles made against it.
