The court, taking into account the explanations of the lawyers of the Bureau, recognized that the circumstances indicated in the statement of the opponents are not newly discovered. Earlier, the court of appeal overturned the decision of the Arbitration Court of Moscow and denied the claim to recover 25 million rubles from the Principal of the Bureau. The interests of the Principal were represented by Nikita Filippov, Head of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d, and Yulia Martynenko, lawyer of the Bureau.<\/p>\n<p>The Moscow City Court overturned the decision of Timiryazevsky District Court of Moscow, which had previously been granted a claim to recover 270 thousand rubles from the Client of the Bureau, and refused to satisfy the claim filed against the Client in full. The Client&#8217;s interests were represented by Semyon Garayan, Senior Lawyer of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Lyubertsy City Court of the Moscow Region fully refused to satisfy the claim filed against the Principal of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d on the recognition of the contract of donation of a residential building as not concluded.\u00a0 The Plaintiff insisted that he did not sign the donation agreement and false substrate documents were presented for state registration of ownership.
