Earlier, the appellate instance recovered a debt in the amount of more than 1.1 million rubles from the Defendant in favor of the Client of the Bureau. The Client&#8217;s interests were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The Moscow Arbitration Court refused to the Moscow City Property Department to introduce a monitoring procedure against a Client of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d and terminated the proceedings.
