The interests of the Developer were represented by Ilsur Zakirov, senior lawyer of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The Moscow Regional Court, having considered an appeal prepared by MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d in defense of the interests of the Defendant, overturned the decision of the Krasnogorsk City Court of the Moscow Region and made a new decision, which refused the Plaintiff to satisfy the claim against the Defendant regarding the requirements for the division of jointly acquired property.
