The court of first instance agreed with the arguments of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d about the presence of the Plaintiff&#8217;s fault in the delay in the delivery of the goods and dismissed the claim against the Client of the Bureau in full. The interests of the Client were represented by Nikita Filippov, Head of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal, having considered the appeal prepared by MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d, canceled the decision of the court of first instance and made a new decision to dismiss the claim in full for recovery of lost profits in the amount of 3.5 million rubles from the Principal of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d.
