MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d represented the interests of the Debtor&#8217;s ex-wife and defended the validity of this agreement. The interests of the Principal were represented by Roman Volkomorov, lawyer of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The Moscow City Court upheld the earlier decision of the court of first instance, within the framework of which the claims of the Educational Organization for the collection of debt under the agreement on the provision of educational services were satisfied and the counterclaims were denied.
