The interests of the Developer were defended by Ilsur Zakirov, senior lawyer of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The Moscow City Court refused the procedural opponents of MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers \u201cDe jure\u201d and left unchanged the decision previously adopted by the Babushkinsky District Court of Moscow to refuse to recover from the Principal of the Bureau of unjustified enrichment in the amount of 2.5 million rubles.
