Earlier, within the framework of this corporate dispute, the procedural opponents filed a demand for the exclusion of the Principal of the Bureau as a member of the company from this company. During the court dispute, the Bureau prepared a legal position that fully proves the groundlessness of the stated claim, which served as the basis for the rejection of the claim.
