The Plaintiff referred to the fact that the Client did not have auto-civil liability insurance; therefore he is obliged to compensate for the damage. The Bureau of Lawyers &#8220;De jure&#8221; submitted a reasoned response to the statement of claim, in which it drew the court&#8217;s attention to the lack of evidence of the Defendant&#8217;s guilt in a traffic accident, without which it is impossible to recover damages.
