The lawyers of MCBA \u201dBureau of Lawyers &#8220;De jure&#8221; managed to convince the court that the Defendant, by filing a petition for the postponement of the execution of the judicial act, is abusing his procedural rights in order not to execute the court&#8217;s decision.
