At the same time, the numerous objections of the representative of the debtor&#8217;s participants, which boil down to an attempt to mislead the court as to the validity of the creditor&#8217;s claim, or at least postpone the court session, are completely devalued. The result of the meeting will allow us to obtain satisfaction of our Principal&#8217;s claim in full during the bankruptcy procedure.
