As part of the dispute, the court upheld the legal position of the Bureau on the groundlessness and far-fetchedness of the stated claims regarding copyright contracts. The court also denied the Plaintiff&#8217;s request for a forensic examination of the originals of the author&#8217;s order agreement, agreeing with the Bureau&#8217;s opinion that the examination was not relevant to the subject of the dispute.
