Immovable property, which is the subject of a lease agreement, is also the subject of a pledge of a bankruptcy creditor in the bankruptcy case of a debtor-lessor. In order to protect the rights of the secured creditor, a client of the Bureau of Lawyers &#8220;De jure&#8221;, a petition was filed to intervene in the case as a third party, which was granted by the court. A written position was submitted to the case materials, and an active participation in court sessions was also taken. As a result of the consideration of the case, a positive judicial act was received. After the receipt of funds in the bankruptcy estate, they are subject to transfer to the secured creditor in the amount of 90%.
