The appellate instance took into account the arguments of the complaint of the Bureau of Lawyers &#8220;De jure&#8221; that the reason for the commission of the crime was the immoral behavior of the victim himself, which is a circumstance mitigating the punishment. In this regard, the punishment of the Principal was commuted with the application of Article 64 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 5 years of imprisonment.
