MCBA \u201cBureau of Lawyers “De jure\u201d has achieved the lifting of sanctions restrictions from the client\u2019s assets in Belgium! The team of lawyers represented by Nikita Filippov, Marina Chastikina and Yakov Prisyazhnyuk successfully unlocked the client\u2019s assets taken into account in the National Settlement Depository (the so-called bank for shares). After more than a year of negotiations with the Belgian Treasury, the client was excluded from the sanctions restrictions.<\/p>\n

Then the court completely refused the lawsuit and saved the building to the client.<\/p>\n Unable to accept defeat, the opponents filed an appeal, in which they attempted to present the Client as the evil owner of a large asset that was dangerous to those around him, to deprive the Client of his property again, and to stage a real \u201cprocedural theatre\u201d. And again a failure!
