What is especially valuable is that the company approached the procedure in good faith: from the very beginning, the former management set the goal of paying off debts to creditors as much as possible.<\/p>\n<p>However, the bankruptcy trustee, without delving into the developer\u2019s history, decided to challenge 45 transactions for a total of almost 2 billion rubles.
