The Moscow Arbitration Court rejected in full the claim brought against the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” for a total amount of 4.5 million rubles. The interests of the Principal were represented by Nikita Filippov, Head of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, and Yulia Martynenko, lawyer of the Bureau.

The Zavolzhsky District Court of the city of Ulyanovsk refused in full to satisfy the claims for a total amount of more than 200 thousand rubles brought against the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” under an agreement on the provision of educational services. The interests of the Principal were represented by Irina Novikova, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
