On the creation of a structural unit

of “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”

In order to effectively organize the work of lawyers in providing qualified legal assistance to individuals and legal entities, in accordance with the Charter of Mezhregion Interterritorial Bar Association, the Presidium rules to:

  1. Create a structural unit of Mezhregion Interterritorial Bar Association of the Guild of Russian Lawyers “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.
  2. Place the indicated structural unit in non-residential premises at the address: 127055, Moscow, Novoslobodskaya st. 57/56, bldg. 2.
  3. Appoint Nikita Vladimirovich Filippov, member of the bar association, to be the head of the said structural unit.
  4. Approve the staffing table of structural unit “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.
  5. Enroll in structural unit “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”:
  6. Kachanovskaya Evgenia Vladimirovna
  7. Petrova Valentina Vasilievna
  8. Filippov Nikita Vladimirovich
  9. Provide Filippov Nikita Vladimirovich, head of structural unit “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”, with primary authority to sign financial, banking and business documents.
  10. Establish that structural unit “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” has a seal, stamp and letterheads with its name and indication of affiliation with Mezhregion Interterritorial Bar Association, has the right to have current accounts in bank institutions.
  11. Set the reporting period of structural unit “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” to send report as per Form No. 14 of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation to the Secretariat of MKA “Mezhregion” (Interterritorial Bar Association), and financial statements to accounting department of MKA “Mezhregion” – no later than the 5th day of each month.
  12. Include structural unit “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” into the staffing table of MKA “Mezhregion”.
