Nikita Filippov, Head of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, recalls that all medicines sold in Russia must be entered in the State Register of Medicines (SRM), where the information is constantly updated.  Some drugs leave the market (if the drug is not sold for more than three years, it is excluded from the registry), some are recognized as dangerous.

– The buyer can check the drug by the SRM — the information is publicly available. From the SRM, it will be clear whether the state registration of the medicinal product has been suspended, canceled or is in force,”- the lawyer explained.
