MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY

The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal agreed with the legal position of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” and canceled the decision of the Court of the first instance to bring the medical clinic to administrative responsibility for the lack of a license. The fine was canceled, the proceedings were terminated.

Also in the court of cassation instance today the judgment was upheld, according to which a guarantee payment under a lease agreement in the amount of about 4 million rubles was recovered in favor of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

Having considered the objections prepared by the lawyers of the MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, the arbitration court of the Khabarovsk territory refused to include two of our Opponents in the register of creditors’ claims.
