The total amount of cases won was more than 2.36 billion rubles.

MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”:

— got a court decision to recover debts in the amount of more than 1.4 billion rubles in favor of our Client;

— judicially wrote off debts in the amount of 877 million rubles from the bankrupt Client’s balance sheet (case Number A40-77625 / 2012);

— included the requirements of the Creditor-Client in the Debtor’s Register of Creditors’ Claims in the amount of more than 40 million rubles (A40-219803/19);

— did not allow the Creditor’s requirements to be included in the Register of Creditors’ Claims of the bankrupt Client’s debt in rubles and currency for a total amount of more than 45 million rubles (case Number A40-31573/2016);

— invalidated the deal and returned 7 million rubles to the bankruptcy estate.

In addition, the Court of appeal upheld the decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court in case Number A40-167767/2019 on the recognition of illegal actions of Rosreestr to suspend state registration. By the same decision, the Court ordered the Federal government to carry out state registration of our client’s property rights.
