Main results of the day. The case of a lost Deposit and other litigation.

More than 60 million rubles were recovered in favor of the client bank of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The thirteenth arbitration court of appeal upheld the decision of the court of the first instance to recover 4.3 million rubles in favor of our client under the service agreement.

The second court of cassation of General jurisdiction listened to the arguments of the complaint of lawyers “De jure” and reversed the decision to refuse to recover unjust enrichment in the amount of 48 thousand euros. The case was sent for a new hearing to the Moscow City Court.

The case of loss of the client’s Deposit by the Bank has been completed. The Deposit with interest has been returned to its rightful owner (more about this – in the section “Our litigation”).
