A new textbook “Civil Procedure” by Yu. A. Svirin, Doctor of Law, Professor, consultant of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers” De jure”, has been published.
MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” has changed judicial practice in relation to persons who controlled the debtor. And now it has been successfully applying it: the Moscow Arbitration Court took interim measures in the form of seizure of money and property of the former owners of the bankrupt bank for a total amount of almost 8 billion rubles.
