Viktor Probichev has joined the team of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”

Lawyer Victor Probichev has joined the criminal practice of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. Previously, he served as a senior partner at Bar Association “Kurganov and partners”.

Viktor Probichev graduated from the Volgograd Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and with a master’s degree from the Moscow State Law University (MSLU). He spent about 10 years working in law enforcement agencies, including as a senior investigator of the investigative part of the investigative Department of one of the administrative districts of Moscow.

After receiving the status of a lawyer in 2014, he advised clients at all stages of the criminal process on complex economic and general criminal cases. He has considerable experience in protecting in the field of illegal drug trafficking, including proving in court the facts of dishonest work of law enforcement officers who planted drugs to his clients. He specializes in criminal legal protection of business from regulatory authorities and counterparties, as well as in pre-trial settlement of disputes, mediation. In recent years, lawyer’s professional interests have focused on legal regulation of digital technologies.
