MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” confirms the status of one of the leaders of the legal market.

MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” was marked in nine nominations of the Kommersant newspaper’s rating of legal services. At the end of 2019, the company entered the Top 10 in key categories, taking:

3rd place in the nomination “Bankruptcy of Credit Organizations”;

4th place – “Bankruptcy of legal entities”;

4th place – “Insurance Law”;

7th place – “Dispute Resolution in Arbitration Courts (category: Mid-Market Commercial Dispute Resolution)”;

 7th place – “Bankruptcy of individuals”;

 10th place – “Family Law (category: divorce and division of property)”.

Also, MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” was marked in the nominations “Settlement of disputes in courts of general jurisdiction (property relations)” – 12th place, and “Criminal law (official crimes Band 2)” – 1 place.  In addition, MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” was named one of the best law companies in the industry practice “Financial and Banking Sector” (5th place).

In the individual rating of lawyers, Nikita Filippov, head of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, was awarded personal recommendations in four categories: bankruptcy; commercial dispute resolution; insurance law; financial and banking law.
