A new textbook “Civil Procedure” by Yu. A. Svirin, Doctor of Law, Professor, consultant of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers” De jure”, has been published.
The topic of discussion was the fight against the illegal distribution of tobacco and non-tobacco nicotine mixtures (snus) among young people. Yakov Bulut made a report on the gaps in the legal regulation of the implementation of such mixtures and spoke about possible solutions to this problem in a legislative way. Based on the results of the hearings, it was decided to develop legal recommendations for regional authorities and a draft federal law for further consideration in the State Duma of the Russian Federation as soon as possible.
