March 18 Main results of the day

The Eighth Arbitration Court of Appeal partially upheld the Bank’s complaint against the actions (inaction) of the financial manager and the termination of bankruptcy proceedings. The determination of the commercial court of the Tyumen region regarding the termination of proceedings in the bankruptcy case of S. V. Gartsev was canceled. The inaction of the financial Manager who did not take measures to identify property and to recover documents from the Debtor was declared illegal. The actual interest of the financial Manager was proved. The financial Manager has been suspended from his duties.
