MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” summed up the results of work for April. Despite the regime of self-isolation and a decrease in business activity, the Bureau’s lawyers filed 35 lawsuits (orders) in the courts.
In the courts of the first, appeal and cassation instance 10 cases were won in total complexity.
“The notion that the legal market is frozen due to the pandemic is not entirely true,”- Nikita Filippov, Head of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” says. – For example, we now have quite tightly loaded banking and consulting practices. This is due, inter alia, to the restructuring of debts and the introduction of rights of claim in the register of creditors. About two dozens of applications for inclusion in the RTK and complaints against KU were filed by our lawyers.”
