“De jure” is the leader of the legal consulting rating of RAEX-Analytics

On May 29, the RAEX-Analytics rating agency announced the results of the rating of consulting companies for 2019.  In the Legal Consulting nomination, the first place in the rating was given to MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” (https://rg.ru/2020/05/28/konsaltingovye-uslugi-stali-vostrebovany-udalennym-servisom.html).

Experts note that the total revenues of the largest Russian consulting groups and companies participating in the RAEX ranking by the end of 2019 amounted to 98.4 billion rubles, an increase of 2 percent over the year according to comparable data.  However, this year the market has entered a recession, and the winners will be those who ride the “digitalization boom”.

Commenting on trends in the legal services market, Nikita Filippov, Head of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, notes that there is a growing demand for up-to-date information on anti-crisis measures, benefits, deferrals and relief measures for businesses in a clear, simplified format. For example, in the form of a table indicating the conditions for their application, which “De Jure” regularly updates for its customers in accordance with innovations in the law.  “If the organization is timely notified of the possibility of applying a deferral or installment plan for tax payments, it will be able to adjust the plan and the amount deferred for taxes, or spend it on other obligatory payments, or save it on the current account for case of unforeseen expenses.” The lawyer states that the business community is trying to survive by all means and it needs qualified support. In these circumstances, legal consultants will have to mobilize all their forces and resources.
