MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” entered the TOP 10 of most effective litigators in Russia and took the first place in the number of cases with a claim amount of more than 50 million rubles.

On May 29, the Pravo.ru portal announced the results of the fourth litigation market research in Russia.  The authors of the rating note an increase in the number of disputes in the courts of all instances.  In response, law firms are developing litigation practices.  Market competition is also growing.

According to the study, the largest number of cases in 2019 was considered by MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” – 166 (only cases with a claim amount of more than 50 million rubles were taken into account). Herewith, our company won more than 82% of them: out of 166 cases 136 were won! This indicator is called winrate. And to display the full picture of the market, research analysts compiled a separate rating in which MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” entered the TOP-5 of the best law firms.

In the main rating of the study, which shows such indicators as the number of cases, the total and average amount for these cases MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” entered the second group, securing a place in the top ten of the best from the best law firms.
