June 2. MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY

In December 2019, the Trustee of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” was contacted by a previously unknown person and offered to buy out his share in the apartment. The Buyer persuaded our Principal to underestimate the real value of the share being sold, indicating in the notarized contract of sale the amount of 1.5 million less than the real amount. At the same time, the Buyer issued to the Principal a usual receipt, according to the text of which he accepted the obligation to pay 1.5 million at the end of December 2019, but did not fulfill his promises. The problem was that the text of the receipt did not allow to make a clear conclusion about the legal nature of the obligation, however, lawyers of our Bureau collected the necessary evidence and proved the existence of the debt, in connection with which Shchelkovsky City Court of the Moscow Region granted the claim, as well as an application for interim measures.
