June 8. MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY

The Arbitration Court of West Siberian District upheld the decision of the court of appeal to satisfy the application of the bankruptcy Trustee of the Bank on invalidation of the transaction on cancellation of 4.2 million rubles from current account and the application of consequences of invalidity of transaction. The interests of the bankruptcy Trustee were represented by Roman Volkomorov, lawyer from the Tyumen branch of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.

The decision of the Rzhevsky city court of the Tver region satisfied the claims of the bankruptcy trustee of the Bank to recover debts from the company under credit agreements totaling 763.5 million rubles.  The penalty is levied on pledged real estate owned by the debtor and the mortgagor.  The interests of the bankruptcy trustee of the Bank were represented by Konstantin Tkachenko, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.
