June 25. MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY

Perovsky District Court of Moscow satisfied the requirements of the Bank – client of “De jure” to recover debts under the overdraft agreement in full. Now the Defendant will have to return more than 260 thousand rubles. The Bank’s interests were represented by Konstantin Glushkov, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.

Khamovnichesky District Court of the capital satisfied the requirements of the Principal of “De jure” to recover from the Plaintiff court costs in the amount of about 800 thousand rubles, including 250 thousand for the payment of the court representative. The interests of the Defendant in this dispute were represented by Ilsur Zakirov, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.
