The Moscow Arbitration Court refused the creditor to satisfy the requirement to include $ 1 million in the Bank’s register on the basis of a promissory note availed by the Bank. The interests of the Bank were protected by Marina Nikolaenko, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.
The Moscow City Court upheld the decision of the first instance in a dispute between Incom JSC and the Moscow City Property Department on reducing the cadastral value of non-residential premises owned by the company. According to the results of the consideration of the case, the cadastral value decreased from 250 million rubles up to 134.5 million rubles. This significantly eased the tax burden of the Company. The interests of the company were represented by Yulia Martynenko, advocate of “De jure”, and lawyers Yulia Meshkova and Ilsur Zakirov.
Khamovnichesky District Court upheld the requirements of the Bank and foreclosed on the subject of collateral – a Silverton motor boat worth 9.9 million rubles. The interests of the Bank were represented by Semyon Garayan, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.
