July 3. MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY

Dorogomilovsky district court of Moscow put an end to the history of fraud by one of the top managers of the Bank’s division – client of “De jure”. At the request of the credit organization, a criminal case was initiated, in the framework of which 42 episodes of illegal actions of the employee were proved. As a result, the court convicted the fraudster.  In addition, as part of a civil lawsuit, the Bank’s claims for the recovery of 22 million rubles from the guilty party were fully satisfied.

The interests of the Bank were represented by Sergey Zagrebelny, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.
